DISC Assessment

The DISC model, founded on the theories of psychologist William Moulton Marston, has helped individuals and groups for decades across various industries helping them comprehend their unique behavioral traits while also improving their understanding of others. The DISC Assessment classifies people's behavior across four primary dimensions: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Compliance (C). Each dimension presents a distinct perspective on how individuals approach problems, engage with others, adapt to change, and follow procedures. Dominance (D): This dimension highlights the individual's approach towards solving problems and challenges. Dominant personalities exhibit assertiveness, are comfortable taking risks, and typically have a goal-oriented outlook, preferring environments where they maintain control. Influence (I): The Influence dimension reveals an individual's social interactions and communication style. Those scoring high in this category are typically outgoing, approachable, and thrive in social situations, especially where persuasion and collaboration are necessary. Steadiness (S): This dimension pertains to an individual's patience, consistency, and cooperativeness. Individuals with a high steadiness score value stability and predictability, and are known to be good listeners and dedicated team players. Compliance (C): The Compliance dimension reflects an individual's inclination to adhere to rules and regulations established by others. Highly compliant individuals are careful, precise, and thrive within structured environments where attention to detail and quality standards is paramount.
