The company is promoted with the main objective to provide professional guidance in the field of Insurance.With rich legacy of over 30+ years in money management, Disha Capital has expanded from a single branch in Ghaziabad (National Capital Region) to offering pan-India financial services ranging from distribution of financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, company fixed deposits, bonds, non-convertible debentures, portfolio management services and structured bonds to investment advisory services and customized financial planning for individuals and corporates. In over three decades, the company has been engaged in resource mobilization, distribution of financial products, acquired a NSE ticket, merchant banking license from market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India(SEBI) and turned arranger for debt issues dealing in primary and secondary debt market. Besides financial services, Disha Capital expanded its horizon into building a diversified presence with Southern Infosys Limited, a software company, listed on BSE Ltd.
