In 2007, as a London-based company, we closed our U.S. operations and consolidated back to England. We greatly value our U.S. customers and wish them continued success.
Interest in our once-unique chemical encapsulation technology has diminished due to the emergence of new polymers. While not exact replacements, our former customers accept these alternatives as offering sufficient equivalence, and without our royalty fees.
As our technology innovators, we continue to recognize the technical and aesthetic advantages of our encapsulation technology. As such, our new strategic direction is to direct our encapsulation technology to our own product lines. These products will be marketed primarily in England and across European markets, close to our London operations.
Again, we have appreciated our product successes in the U.S. market and our customers who have so closely worked with us over the years.
