Krav Maga is a reality based self-defence system, originally borne out of the IDF Army in Israel. It is now used world-wide by Police, Military, Special Units and Swat Teams. We teach Men, Women, Kids and Teens in a safe, fun and friendly environment. Be confident, learn skills and get fit. We are the only IKMF Certified Club in Reading, Berkshire. Many people have the idea Krav Maga is violent and brutal. Well that’s the Military side. We show you can learn it in a fun safe manner. Students are a super friendly bunch, full of excitement, who think different, train safely and above all have zero egos.
