Diversity Films was established in 2007 by a group of media professionals in Glasgow to offer training, mentoring and production resources to new filmmakers and nurture filmmaking talent in communities where there may not be the opportunity or access to such training. Diversity Films are currently focused on running Starting Block, a training, development and production programme for first-time creative filmmakers to receive their first short film commission.
