The Do Re Mi YOGA practice emerged from 10 years spent with inspirational teachers from many walks of life. Having discovered and experienced the wonders and results of profound teachings both east and west, I am thrilled to be sharing my very first offering, Do Re Mi YOGA with you now.
I simply put together a sequence of yoga asana (postures), bandha (locks), mudra (gestures) and pranayama (breath) in a way using hatha principles to activate the whole being. The practice evolves to allow a deepening experience through this targeted practice. The effects can be felt physically, emotionally, energetically, and mentally.
Everyone is welcome. I am passionate about tailoring the yoga practice so it is suitable for every body, I offer integrative thinking, working to blend spiritual and developmental frameworks.
