DOBRINESCU DOBREV Law Firm was set up in July 2012, at the initiative of founding partners Luisiana Dobrinescu, Dumitru Dobrev and Ionuţ Dobrinescu, each with an experience of more than 12 years in business law, at that time.
Our team, formed both of lawyers and tax consultants, has significant experience in business law, providing tax advice, assistance in tax inspection, pleading and representation in civil, labour and commercial litigation, as well as in administrative and tax disputes.
Our services in tax law cover almost all domains of interest, including income tax and social securities, corporate tax, non-resident income tax, VAT and local taxes.
Our lawyers and tax consultants are well trained by the most prestigious foreign institutions in international tax structuring, European VAT, transfer pricing and Anti-fraud.
Due to our continuous field work (consisting especially in assistance during tax inspections and other administrative procedures), we are always aware of the tax authorities practice and of their approaches in relation to various tax aspects. From both perspectives (theoretical one and de facto one), we analyse the exposure of our clients to tax risks, proposing optimal structures of activity.
