Dockerty Romer & Co serves as a mortgage loan correspondent for institutional lenders, has access to all capital resources, provides full loan administration, servicing, underwriting, origination services and investment sales. Dockerty Romer & Co. ("DRC") was established in January 2000 by its principals, Bob Dockerty and Craig Romer. After successful careers working together for a combined 33 years at a national mortgage banking firm, Bob and Craig elected to re-establish their collective business model as a "boutique" firm providing DRC's clients personalized service for all their real estate capitalization needs. DRC specializes in all facets of commercial real estate finance and investment sales.
