In the past ten years we have completed industrial, commercial, and office buildings encompassing over 6 million square feet, and we manage over 2 million square feet of rental properties in both New Jersey and Texas. We have a number of logistically strategic sites available for build-to-suit construction as well as existing buildings available to rent.
