Dols Supply Chain is founded by Paul Dols and focuses on interim management and projects. Obviously in the area of Supply Chain: customer service – logistics – operations – purchasing.
You can contact me, Paul, for interim roles in which leadership and people management is needed to improve the Supply Chain performance. This can be in a leading role or coaching an existing Supply Chain team setting. Typically the elements processes, systems and people come together and when they do, I am also in my strength.
Besides leading teams I also have a lot of experience with managing different projects and reorganizations. For example, a large project of moving a complete company to a new location with a high intralogistics influence, introduction of a central distribution center, implementation of an ERP system, moved a complete team to a new entity and even reorganized the operational organization a few times.
