Located in Artigues, between Rians and Esparron, north of the Sainte Victoire mountain, the estate is the highest vineyard of the Coteaxu d’Aix-en-Provence appellation. Fully replanted since 2001, the estate has been certified organic since 2014. The vines enjoy a privileged microclimate, late and ventilated by the mistral, slightly sloping to the south to a mountain that ensures the necessary hygrometry. The diversity and quality of the grape varieties favor the complexity of the cuvées, whether in IGP or protected appellation AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. The estate has renewed its production facilities since the acquisition of the property, with a powerful cooling group, stainless refrigerated steel tanks to enable better vinifications of the selected plots. In addition to the large concrete tanks, a legacy of the old cellar, concrete egg tanks and a set of new barrels will complete the equipment. There are many projects underway. The estate now offers a traditional cuvée, "Les Monges", in the three colors, a more prestigious one, the "M" range, issued from older plots, as well as a few very limited and restricted cuvées made as pure natural wine.
