THE COMPANY.
Domestik was founded in 1976. Its manufacturing activity, initially focused on baskets and meshes in painted (or plastic-painted) metal wire, especially designed for large companies, was, some years later, extended to design objects, such as home articles and furnishing accessories, also made of the same materials. A great number of original, practical and outstanding ideas for furnishing either your home or your office or shop were generated with the fundamental contribution of the designer Marco Maggioni.
The third step, after 20+ years of experience, was the design and manufacturing of metal-sheet objects: dedicated display solutions for sale points, aimed at emphasizing the strategic importance of product presentation in the distribution field. The first displays were produced after a specific request from each customer, who needed a personal solution for better displaying his/her products and making them attractive to purchasers. This activity is now supported with a catalogue of standard, general-purpose solutions, internally developed by our designers and engineers.
OUR PRODUCTS.
The customer can choose between our catalogue products and a specific solution, designed upon request. In all cases, the price-to-quality ratio is on top of our priority list. Our products are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, in our plant of Valmadrera (50 km North of Milan).
METAL DISPLAYS. Floor, table and wall displays. At sale points or for exhibition. Either in metal sheet, tubing or wire.
PAINTED-WIRE ARTICLES. Baskets, grilles, shelves, hooks, flowerpot stands.
DESIGN SOLUTIONS. Tables, shelving, small pieces of furniture, etc.
HOUSE LIVING ARTICLES. Trolleys, plate-racks, space-saving ideas, wine racks, clothes-horses.
