Donnelly Civil Engineering Ltd. (DCEL) is a startup business which commenced trading in 2022, founded by three brothers, Alan, Rory and Hugh Donnelly. All three are Civil Engineering graduates from NUI Galway (now the University of Galway) and each have had successful careers since graduating with main contractors, working across Ireland and the UK. With a combined 50 years’ experience in senior management roles on complex civil engineering projects, they have built solid reputations for the consistent delivery of a broad range of projects in the Water, Transport, Energy, Infrastructure and Marine sectors.
