Dora's is a family run, local Bakery and Bistro located in the heart of Coral Gables. We are a dedicated gluten free facility that makes everything in-house, and we strive to ensure our products match or exceed their gluten counterparts! Dora Milan was the grandmother and great grandmother of the current owners. While celiac's disease was not widely diagnosed in her time, she realized that breads and pastas did not make her feel well. After some trial and error, she developed a few recipes that kept her from feeling sick and was still tasty enough for the rest of her family to enjoy. A few decades later, the current operators of Dora's Bakery and Bistro have improved on some of those recipes and developed new gluten free options to ensure no one is missing out on their favorite foods! With a wide variety of delicious options such as pizza, croquetas, burgers, cupcakes, chicken tenders, brownies, mozzarella sticks, cake pops, cookies, pies, quiches, sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, cakes and more, you and your family can try something new every time.
