Dorpad Tabriz Industrial Group was established on a plot of land measuring 40 ha in 2001 with the purpose of production of various kinds of plain rounds & rebar, galvanized coil & sheet, galvanized steel pipe & tube (utilized in supplying water and gas), and Square and rectangular profiles. The annual production capacity of the plants was designed to be 700.000 tons.
As a result of performed endeavor by Dorpad management and its careful planning system, this company achieves preparing the foresaid productions in several sizes with an annual capacity of 1,200,000 tons.
This company has a continuous control system and it has obtained ISO 9001-2000 and OHSAS 18001 from TÜVNORD Company in addition to national standard certificates.
Major Products of the Company are:
Plain round & Rebar within a size range of 8 to 32 mm, with annual production capacity of 500,000 tons.
Galvanized coil & sheet within a thickness range of 0.5 – 5 mm to a maximum width of 1250 mm under continuous hot deep galvanization process with a production capacity of 60,000 tons per year.
Square and rectangular profiles within a size range of 10 to 60 mm and yearly production capacity of 50.000 tons in five production lines.
Industrial Straight seam welded pipes within a size range of 1/4 to 4 inches with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons in six production lines.
Galvanized pipes within a size range of 1/2 to 4 inches with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons.
Water and gas pipes within a size range of 1/2 to 4 inches with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons.
Scarfed seam & stretched pipes taking use of the modern SRW technology within a size range of 1/2 to 2 inches with an annual capacity of 100.000 tons.
This production line with “the hot stretch system”, “removing the pipe’s joint tag”,” hydrostatic testing up to 200 bar” and “ fully automatic packing system” is one of the exclusive production lines in the whole country.
