It was a strategic direction at Modern Electronics Company which was founded in 1969, to expand the service arm that used to serve Sony© and PlayStation©, to serve diversified categories and leading global & local brands as Service Partner model. That idea was to establish a company specialized in the field of maintenance and operations, launched from the heart of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aspired to expand in the Gulf and the Middle East in the future. We are seeking through our vision to change the traditional service concept in the Kingdom and create a leading Saudi brand in maintenance and operations field. From here the name was inspired, as DOZN in Arabic means fine-tuning and fixing a product precisely, in a very refined way to restore it to its original state.
