DRD is a boutique real estate development and investment firm based in Menlo Park, California. Our objective is two fold: 1) to provide fee based development services; and 2) partner with other locally based real estate firms to acquire, reposition and operate commercial properties for private and institutional equity partners. We focus on investments in the Western United States mainly, but we do have partnerships in the Metro New York area. Our product-class target is class A office, mixed-use and multifamily. We emphasize environmental sustainability in firm operations and prioritize development and/or re-position strategies with LEED certification.
