DreamLife Destiny (DLD) is on a mission to change the way Individualized Home Supports (IHS formerly ILS) and other services are provided to those with mental and physical challenges ages 18 to 64 and eventually to children as well. Our goal is to raise the level of compassion and caring, provide comprehensive life services and supports, focus on outcomes beyond daily tasks, and to enliven the spirit of our clients and help them find joy. We truly want to help each person create their dream life and reach their personal destiny.
DreamLife Destiny offers services in Individualized Home Supports or IHS with Training and 24 Hour Emergency Services or EA.
We meet all the requirements of the State of Minnesota for IHS with Training and have a unique training program for our staff that not only lays foundational knowledge, but incorporates trust building and creativity. Additionally, we will offer opportunities for group events and travel that work within your budget and goals.
Our 24 Hour EA is a real service that integrates weekly check-ins with clients and regular monitoring of critical situations. We do this to fully understand our clients and provide better assistance when a crisis develops.
Tyler and Russ work in the field and will be your first contact in referrals and interviews as well as providing regular services. We make our services personal and fun!
