Drilcos (India) Pvt. Ltd., was established in the year 1982 at Chennai. Our organization manufactures complex cutting tool known as Tricone Rock Roller Bit used for Coal, Oil, Mineral and water well drilling applications. The facility now located at Thiruchengodu,Near Salem.
We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility comprising CNC and conventional machines, own heat treatment plant and quality assurance department having CMM, contour measuring, roughness testing instruments etc.….
The principal customers for the product are Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Oil India, all subsidiaries of Coal India and Ground Water Departments of all State Governments. We also supply our products as accessories to Drilling Rigs manufactured by Revathi Equipment Limited and PRD RIGS.
Apart from domestic market we also export our products to USA, EUROPIAN CONTRIES, MIDDLE EAST, and MALAYSIA
At present we manufacture T.R.R. Bits of sizes ranging from 2-7/8" Diameter to 24" Diameter in various types and classification as per IADC Code and customer requirements in accordance withAPI product specification.
