Dr. Randy Kamen is a psychologist, strategic coach, educator and author of her best selling book, Behind the Therapy Door: Simple Strategies the Transform Your Life.
She helps clients to effectively manage their minds, become more resilient and able to connect more deeply with others.
Dr. Kamen’s aims to help people embody their inner wisdom and leadership abilities in the personal and professional arenas.
Dr. Kamen pioneered new territory in Mind/Body Medicine at Harvard’s Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Boston University’s Schools of Dentistry and Medicine.
She trained faculty, staff and students at these and other leading institutions.
Dr. Kamen leads global online programs, workshops and retreats for corporations, hospitals and academic institutions. She weaves together research based skills and strategies for managing the mind, self-regulation, healthy relationships and living your personal vision using her unique, individualized and systematic approach.
With private client's Dr. Kamen implements a process called Thera-Coaching in which she help individuals gain insight and resolution about their past in the service of moving forward and cultivating an intentional and purpose driven life.
Dr. Kamen has served as part-time faculty at Harvard Medical School and for more than a decade an Assistant Professor at Boston University’s School of Medicine. She has appeared on television, radio, podcasts and in major print and online publications, including her own website DrRandyKamen.com
She divides her time between her two favorite islands; Martha’s Vineyard and Manhattan. Randy cherishes her time with her two adult children, their spouses and budding families.
