Advantages of the radiotracing tools are to reduce testing durations and costs as they offer results in real-time and with a higher accuracy than conventional methods.
Radiotracers bring solution for:
-) Oil consumption measurement (with separate contribution from the engine block, the ventilation system and the turbocharger),
-) Fuel dilution measurement,
-) Oil aeration measurement,
-) Wear measurement (TLA/RNT) to follow up to 4 parts simultaneously with a one nanometer accuracy,
-) Lubricant additives labelling and tracking, poisoning of exhaust post-treatment systems (catalysts and DPF),
-) Design and manufacturing of fluid (oil and water) conditioning units with or without the possibility to produce adjustable oil aeration rate.
