DSK Avtoban

DSK Avtoban (US$ 1.5 Bln in 2019 revenues) is the second-largest highway construction corporation in Russia as measured by the volume of contracts awarded by the state agencies SC Avtodor and FSA Rosavtodor. Since 2013 total revenues increased in nominal value to US$ 1.6 bln, total assets exceeded US$ 1.1 bln, and the average number of employees grew to 4,500. DSK Avtoban is organized as an open joint-stock company structured as a holding with a number of subsidiaries that perform according to their specific regional (Central Russia, Western Siberia, Far East) or functional (project design, engineering, bridge/tunnel construction, etc,) tasks. In 2013, DSK Avtoban partnered with Sacyr Concessiones (Spain) to bid on a US$2.5 bln PPP project of Moscow -St.Petersburg (M11) Highway. It haв successfully passed the PQ requirements to the shortlist of three final contenders.
