Dubai International Arbitration Centre has over three decades of experience of providing dispute resolution services to parties doing business in, or through, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia region. The Centre is the region’s largest arbitral institution, independent, and committed to excellence, efficiency, and diversity. The Centre administers arbitrations pursuant to the DIAC Arbitration Rules, which are flexible and suitable for all types of arbitrable disputes. In addition, the Centre regularly acts as an appointing authority and administers arbitrations conducted pursuant to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Arbitration Rules (UNCITRAL Rules). The Centre also provides other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, including mediation and conciliation services. As a trusted arbitral institution, the Centre is committed to creating a culture where its people feel respected, valued, and that they belong; supporting the communities in which its people live and work; and protecting the environment and tackling climate change. The Centre only works with suppliers who share these values and goals and has policies in place to ensure that its officers, people, and suppliers operate in compliance with applicable anti-bribery and corruption legislation and to the highest ethical standards. The Centre is a signatory and active supporter of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge and the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations. The Centre is an independent, impartial, non-governmental, not for profit organisation with a proven track record of reliably administering thousands of disputes. It has a three-tier structure, comprising a Board of Directors, Arbitration Court, and administrative body.
