Dubai International Arbitration Centre has over three decades of experience of providing dispute resolution services to parties doing business in, or through, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia region. The Centre is the region’s largest arbitral institution, independent, and committed to excellence, efficiency, and diversity.
The Centre administers arbitrations pursuant to the DIAC Arbitration Rules, which are flexible and suitable for all types of arbitrable disputes. In addition, the Centre regularly acts as an appointing authority and administers arbitrations conducted pursuant to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Arbitration Rules (UNCITRAL Rules). The Centre also provides other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, including mediation and conciliation services.
