Lars Mosman en Leon Teunissen bundelden in 2016 hun expertise en hebben DubbeLL - buurtontwikkelaars - opgericht om op een verantwoorde manier vastgoedprojecten te ontwikkelen en te realiseren. Aangezien de bouwopgave in Nederland nog steeds tot verdichting van de bestaande omgeving leidt, ontwikkelen zij projecten met een sterke focus op de buurt.
Naast functionele, technische en financiële aspecten nemen zij de toegevoegde waarde voor de buurt als uitgangspunt bij vastgoedontwikkelingen.
Op deze wijze zijn al een groot aantal woon- en werkomgevingen gerealiseerd door DubbeLL. Op dit moment zijn verschillende markante gebouwen en inspirerende gebiedsontwikkelingen in voorbereiding. DubbeLL ontwikkelt deze projecten van initiatief tot en met realisatie zelf, in een klein team, maar doet dat ook graag in nauwe samenwerking met anderen, met jou misschien?
