Dutch’s Spirits is an Original New York Distillery devoted to the production of premium, handcrafted spirits.Through a Farm to Bottle approach, Dutch’s Spirits is devoted to the production of premium, handcrafted spirits - producing artisanal beverages of the past through innovations of the present, while protecting the natural resources on our estate. First “organized” in 1932 during the twilight of Prohibition, our land was the site of an extensive bootlegging operation reputuedly financed by the iconic mobster, Dutch Schultz. Now, almost 80 years later, Dutch’s Spirits is reviving the distillery foundations and revitalizing its land as kept by the Adams family for generations. Harvest Homestead Farm will become a self-sustaining source of ingredients for its unique beverages.
