My name is Johan Bruins. After years of experience in horticulture, I've started my own consulting company as a self-employed entrepeneur in January 2023.
My goal is to improve quality and supervise/help set up new crops.
After working in floriculture for a number of years, I made a switch to a propagation company. Here I mainly gained experience in growing both organic and conventional warm vegetable plants.
In the organic department, we worked under the certifications SKAL, BIO SUISSE (CH), Naturland (DE) and USDA Organic (USA/CA).
Especially in organic cultivation, we have grafted on many different rootstocks, in the interest of the right resistance in the open ground.
In addition to the cultivation and organisation at the cultivation locations in the Netherlands, I was also able to gain a lot of (international) experience at several foreign locations, with different circumstances.
