Catherine founded recruitment business McLean Ross in 2011, with a core focus on placing sales and marketing professionals within the utility industry in the U.K. and Europe.
JD Ross Energy was formed after McLean Ross merged in 2017 with energy recruitment business JDR Energy. In 2018, Catherine returned to the U.S. to expand JDR Energy into the U.S market.
