E2C Grand Lille (Ecole de la 2ème chance Grand Lille) Overview

Après l’ouverture d’un premier site en juin 2007 à Roubaix, sous l’impulsion de la CCI Grand Lille, d’un deuxième site sur Lille en février 2010, l’Ecole de la deuxième Chance Grand Lille a ouvert en 2011 deux nouveaux sites à Armentières et Saint-Omer. Son objectif ? Favoriser l’insertion professionnelle et sociale durable des jeunes sortis du système éducatif sans qualification et sans emploi et animés par une farouche volonté de s’en sortir. . Depuis 2007, plus de 3 000 jeunes ont été accueillis à l’E2C Grand Lille, dont 65% ont trouvé un emploi ou une formation qualifiante, à la sortie. L’école s’appuie sur un réseau de plusieurs centaines d’entreprises pour contribuer activement à sa réussite. Pour la plupart, elles ont aidé les jeunes à trouver leur voie en les accueillant au sein de leurs locaux, en leur faisant découvrir les métiers et en les mettant en situation professionnelle.
