EAGE Student Chapter IIT Kanpur

In January 2024, the EAGE Student Chapter at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur was established to serve as a platform for students interested in the Geosciences/Earth Sciences domain. As an official student chapter, our aim is to promote the development and application of geosciences. We will organize events, quizzes, workshops, and guest lectures to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among students, academicians, and industry practitioners. Our mission is to promote communication, fellowship, and cooperation within the Geosciences community at IIT Kanpur. We believe that this initiative will enable students at IIT-K to gain more industry exposure.
