Early Builders is a community of generalist early employees in early-stage startups gathering together Founder Associates, Chiefs of Staff and 1st Ops.
As generalist early employees, we resonate with the distinct challenges of wearing multiple hats in budding ventures. While these roles are gaining traction among next-gen talents, existing communities do not exactly meet our specific needs (Chief of Staff in mature scaleups or interns spending limited time in startups). That's where we step in.
