EarthMedic and EarthNurse is a not-for-profit company headquartered in Trinidad and Tobago which aims to mobilise health professionals worldwide to take action to improve planetary health, with a focus on more climate-vulnerable regions. We advocate for action that benefits health and the environment; deliver training to create a more climate-educated health workforce; and support research for action on climate change and health. We strive to build partnerships to fill data gaps and join up silos. The vision of EarthMedic and EarthNurse is a world in which people lead long, healthy, happy and productive lives on a planet with a bright future.
EarthMedic’s purpose is to build capacity and work with an informed and empowered health and environment professional workforce worldwide to inform the public about the connection between environmental degradation and public health crises.
