Oxford Instruments Handheld XRF: The X-Met8000 series of handheld XRF analyzers achieves laboratory grade performance on-site. Common application fields include positive material identification (PMI), soil testing, mining related testing, and hazardous substance identification (RoHS, Prop-65).
