Ltd.” a pvt. ltd. company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated July 28, 1995, issued by the Registrar of Companies, W. B. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Eastern Infoway Pvt. Ltd. pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 5, 2000, issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, W. B. Further, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on December 18, 2000, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated Jan 2, 2001, was issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, W. B. recording the change in the name of our Company to ‘Eastern Infoway Ltd. Our Company shifted its registered offices with effect from December 07, 2002, from 4, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata 700 013, W. B., India to 16, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, P.S. Hare Street, Kolkata 700 013, W. B. India.
The name of our Company was again changed to ‘Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd’, pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 3, 2003, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, W. B. Thereafter, with effect from November 01, 2012, the registered office of our Company shifted from 16, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, P.S. Hare Street, Kolkata-700013, West Bengal, India to 2, Saklat Place,1st Floor, Kolkata-700072, West Bengal, India.
Our Company is engaged in multi-brand retail and retail selling as well as distribution of branded smart phones, IT hardware, software and allied accessories and services. Our Company also provides networking and security solution to our consumers
