We are a team of friends with a variety of professional experience, from the elite military services of Infantry & Royal Marines, to professional rugby to high level finance, that have now focused our collective energies on expeditionary challenges in pursuit of charitable benefit.
This starts in December 2021 with the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge (TWAC) on behalf of Child Fund Pass It Back - a young but impressively ambitious charity focusing on coaching and mentoring programmes in poor communities around South-East Asia.
We are incredibly excited to both compete for victory over the 3000 mile ultra-endurance race, unaided from La Gomera to Antigua, but also to collaborate with an incredible charity and hopefully make some really positive social impact to the lives of children in poverty along the journey.
Our immediate challenge is to cover expedition costs, enabling us to buy the bespoke kit and equipment required to win the race, all of which amounts to around $150,000. We will do this by working with corporate sponsors. Put simply, we want to work with you to make this dream a reality!
