eBECAS is an internet hosted administration software suite designed for colleges and schools. eBECAS enhances productivity and provides a comprehensive solution to integrate and streamline processes. Since 1986, eBECAS has enabled over 100 Colleges from all over the world to manage their Language and Vocational Programs. With over 30 years of experience, eBECAS has earned it’s place as one of the most successful college management systems in the industry. eBECAS is designed for single and multi-campus operation and meets Australian regulations for domestic and overseas students. It has a student portal displaying timetables, results, news and events, messages and finance. The teacher portal enables teachers to mark attendance and post results. eBECAS supports AVETMISS, CRICOS, USI and bulk update of CRICOS payments and student contact details via CoE in PRISMS. eBECAS has integrated marketing & CRM capabilities with bulk SMS and bulk email templates. eBECAS also has an inbuilt Survey system that posts surveys to the Student Portal. Surveys can be analysed by country, course, attendance, agent and shortly by teacher, homestay and employer. Manage your applications in eBECAS using a simple yet powerful pro-active follow up system for course offers, by course start date, homestay and aorport pickup start date and confirmation. Student/agent applicants can request and be sent multiple offers (pro-forma invoices), which can be assigned different statuses. This allows colleges to prepare, send, cancel, withdraw and accept offers. Accepted offers generate enrolments, which represent confirmed student courses. Enrolments then generate relevant subject lists and class allocation.
