Citizens' Association Wheel of Progress was founded in 2003 as an association whose goal is to strengthen the capacities of young people in general, young people in social and economic risk, unemployed people and the business sector through trainings and acquisitions for acquiring soft (soft), social and business skills. Our mission is: Through specially organized trainings in cooperation with other citizens' associations from the country and abroad, through cooperation with various training providers from the country and abroad as well as through cooperation with experts from different fields also from the country and abroad to deliver skills and knowledge that will significantly increase the soft skills, work skills and productivity of training participants, which will create employees whose role will be significant in achieving the goals of their organizations through increased effectiveness and efficiency in work. Our vision, ie. our values are: To be leaders in delivering specially designed, in-house, skills and productivity training to young people struggling with employment, as well as to all those who are employed but want to advance in their careers by improving their skills. We need to be indispencible for every young person who has an interest in advancing, to improve their skills in order to become more competitive in the labor market and to provide for themselves, to be a driver of young people in order to increase personal soft, social and professional skills.
