Eden Eyes comes from humble beginnings as a cover band in Amplified, the varsity band co-curricular in the National University of Singapore. With their sights set on broader horizons, they have since graduated from playing in lecture theatres to local venues, cementing their name in the scene as a force to be reckoned with.
The soundscape Eden Eyes seeks to achieve is simple: uncompromisingly heavy. The band’s members hail from a plethora of musical backgrounds but unifying the band’s oeuvre is the darkness inherent in sensitive topics such as grief and mental health.
With their debut EP "Half A Life", the band seeks to carve out a sonic identity of their own by blending dark and deeply personal thematic content with unyieldingly vicious and evocative instrumentation.
