Edhec Alumni WO·MEN Overview

In a professional environment undergoing transformation and a society in flux, the mission of the Club is to advocate for gender equality in businesses, organizations, and the society we live in, and to support women's careers. It is open to our entire Alumni community and to all those interested in this topic who wish to be informed or take action in this direction. We commit to this through meetings, presentations, workshops, and networking events aimed at sharing current and future challenges related to gender diversity in the workplace and promoting the role of women in their professional environments. EDHEC Alumni is a signatory of the "Grandes Ecoles au Féminin" parity charter, which brings together Alumni from major business and engineering schools. The WO.MEN Club is committed to implementing the commitments implied by this charter.
