đȘđș The EDIGIT project (2024-2027), co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, addresses the lack of inclusion of people with disabilities in the digital transition by integrating inclusive approaches into STEM education, raising awareness among students and equipping teachers with practical tools. Through a pedagogical methodology, the project will support educators to make inclusion a core element of their teaching practice.
By bringing together educators, disability organisations and technology experts, EDIGIT aims to embed technology accessibility and universal design principles into the foundations of STEM education, ensuring that the next generation of technology developers is equipped to create solutions that meet the diverse needs of society. Ultimately, we seek to promote a more inclusive and equitable digital landscape, where the digital transition is fair and accessible to all.
