IN-HOUSE PROGRAMS:
EO-3001 - a small molecule anticancer drug in clinical development for solid tumors harboring an ARID1a mutation. The initial target indication will be Ovarian Clear Cell Carcinoma (OCCC), an aggressive subtype of epithelial ovarian cancer with poor prognosis and limited treatment options.
EO-4426 - (tezacitabine) is an orally bioavailable, brain penetrating, small molecule anticancer drug that targets both DNA polymerase alpha (Pol α) and ribonucleotide reductase (RNR), two essential and complementary enzymes involved in DNA replication and repair. This dual-targeting mechanism represents a novel therapeutic strategy to exploit the vulnerabilities of cancer cells, particularly their dependence on rapid and efficient DNA replication.
Orotecan® - a novel patented oral formulation of irinotecan, (a commonly used treatment) developed to improve treatment experience for pediatric patients. It provides a more convenient, at-home alternative to traditional IV administration, aiming to minimize the physical, emotional, and logistical burden of frequent hospital visits. Initial indication in pediatric Ewing sarcoma.
PARTNERED PROGRAM:
EO-1001 - a novel "next generation" first-in-class oral pan-ErbB inhibitor that combines broad-spectrum targeting of ErbB family receptors, potent activity against key resistance mutations, and the critical ability to penetrate the central nervous system. This unique profile addresses significant unmet needs in treating both mutation-driven tumors and cancers with brain involvement.
