Die edition-lmz ist der gesamtschweizerisch tätige Lehrmittelverlag für die Berufsfelder der Landwirtschaft, der Milchwirtschaft und des Gartenbaus.
Sie wird vom Schweizerischen Verband der Ingenieur-AgronomInnen und der Lebensmittel-IngenieurInnen SVIAL als Non-Profit-Organisation geführt. Der Verlag gibt rund 200 Lehrmittel und Sachbücher in den Sprachen Deutsch, Französisch und Italienisch heraus.
Die edition-lmz steht auf drei Säulen: den über hundert Autorinnen und Autoren, die meistens als Lehrpersonen tätig sind, den Berufsfachschulen sowie den Organisationen der Arbeitswelt.
