They learn to manage stress and challenges effectively and easily. For senior manufacturing managers, we work on overwhelm, resilience, and reactions. They get tools & new habits to manage it all more easily. For Gen X’ers a few years out of school, we work on coping with corporate life. They get tools to deal with the BS and learn practical leadership and teamwork skills. The common approach is learning a set of simple mental fitness tools. These consistently change mental habits so they manage stress and emotional self-control. They learn to use their brains better. They get more productive and even happy. I’m a certified coach for Positive Intelligence and use that framework for initial coaching and beyond to get whatever change my clients need.
