Efficient Maintenance LLC dba EnerG+ is a small Service Disabled Veteran and minority Owned Business founded with the basic principle to provide superior services that greatly enhance facilities efficiency while providing energy savings. Our founding director Mr. Ivan R. Meneses, P.E., C.E.M, EBCP is a military veteran who proudly served for 20 years in the US Coast Guard. Mr. Meneses holds a degree in Mechanical engineering and a Master's degree in Facilities and Construction management from Georgia Tech. During his military career he was assigned as Design engineer, Construction manager, Facility engineer and Engineer Officer at multiple locations throughout the South East and the Caribbean. Mr. Meneses' professional accomplishments have been recognized by the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers in 2007 and by the Great Minds in STEM awards in 2011. His personal certifications include: Professional Engineer state of FL- License #62542 Certified Energy Manager- License #22793 Existing Building Commissioning Professional-License # 353 Florida Certified Mechanical contractor- License #CMC1250650 Florida Certified General Contractor- License #CGC1515425 At EnerG+ we are passionate about finding efficient ways to run facility operations and save energy.
