Risk refers to situations in which the probabilities of different outcomes are either known or can be inferred with reasonable accuracy. Risk is distinct in its differentiation from Uncertainty, which refers to situations in which probabilities of alternative outcomes are not known or cannot be accurately discerned. While both Risk and Uncertainty refer to situations where outcomes cannot be accurately predicted, an Uncertain situation represents a far greater state of ignorance that does a Risk situation.

· Supporting Distance- Keep enough distance to not let your personal trade get away from you but stay close enough to be able to manage appropriately. When you need to move, make sure there is cover and notify, wait for confirmation, move.
Simple-
· Simple and distinct goal. Everyone must understand the goal. It must be clear.
· Parameters must be clear, defined and understood. If the plan/strategy is too complicated to achieve the target, there is no way it can be executed accurately.
Prioritize and execute-
· Other before self. If trade/market going south, protect the team, then self. Losses can be gained back, trust is harder.
· Fragmentation leads to nothing. 1 thing at a time and at a time perfect that 1 thing
· Wealth preservation is and always will be priority. Gains are not.
