EGMPT is an Egyptian Joint stock company with participation of Alexandria Port Authority with ( 34% shares), Suez Canal Authority ( 33% shares) , Holding Company for Maritime and Land Transport ( 20% shares) and Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company ( 13% shares).
