Elder Outreach is a non-profit organization established over a decade ago to offer safe, dignified, and home-like alternatives to older adults who can no longer live at home. While embracing our core mission and high standards of care for residents, each Elder Outreach nursing and rehabilitation facility operates like a family-owned business. Our community-based staff and facility sizes allow us to develop individual relationships with residents to provide personalized care based on each resident’s needs and desires. This approach allows every Elder Outreach facility to promote quality of life for all residents and commit to providing healthcare well beyond ordinary.

Our Locations
Elder Outreach has four nursing homes located in central and northeast Arkansas and five nursing homes located in South Louisiana. Our partners in healthcare, Southwind Senior Living Suites and Eastridge Assisted Living, are located in the greater Lafayette, Louisiana area.
