Element Behavioral Health is a neuro-affirming ABA practice supporting children and teens through assent-based and client-led therapy. We specialize in focused care, typically offering 10–20 hours per week, based on clinical need. This model of care offers flexibility, while still prioritizing the goals that matter most to our clients. Our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide both direct therapy and clinical oversight, working hands-on with their clients for at least 20% of total therapy hours and supervising RBTs weekly. We don’t aim to “fix” autism. Rather, we embrace each client's unique differences and tailor our services to honor their strengths and goals, so that every client can thrive in their Element.
