Changing the cultural mindsets of students (youths) to think of themselves as entrepreneurs (job creators) and not just employees (job seekers) in order to harness their full potential and transform our country. Additionally, we have Elevate Capital, a Venture Fund that Elevate Foundation Zambia uses to finance ideas and startups.
