As the parent organization, ELIEC oversees country-specific branches, including ELIBEC (E-Learning Initiative for Bangladeshi Expats' Children), which focuses on serving the Bangladeshi diaspora.

ELIEC's mission is to bridge educational gaps for expatriate children by offering accessible, curriculum-aligned learning that preserves cultural and linguistic heritage.
