Accompagnement à domicile ou en institution, dans la gestion administrative, financière et sociale. Accompagner les personnes majeurs à analyser leur situation financière et administrative afin de les orienter auprès des organismes concernés. Notre but est, aussi, d'éviter tout isolement social. Nous agissons, dès lors, au domicile des personnes pour les aider au quotidien à développer de nouvelles compétences et reprendre un rythme de vie plus sain, en répondant aux normes sociétales. Nous effectuons ce travail aussi avec les personnes en EMS, en lien avec le personnel soignant qui n'a, malheureusement, pas de temps à dégager aux bénéficiaires.
